Technology decisions are driven by client needs and budgets so open source is used frequently including Jakarta Struts and Apache and Tomcat servers to deploy to clients. Databases in use are MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server. There is some custom built content management but for the most part everything is driven off a typical open source environment. Systems are built around RedHat Linux (mostly 7.0), Windows Advanced Server and Sun boxes.

What is expected:

Successful team members generally have 2-3 years of experience developing Java-based Web applications using a mixture open source and vendor-supplied Java based tools. These include JSP, Servlets, Eclipse, Hibernate, Torque, Spring, JDBC, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, SOAP, XML and HTML/CSS/JavaScript running in Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Solaris, WebLogic and Windows environments.
