SAP Consultant With Plant Maintenance Expertise

GenesisSolutions is currently looking for independent contractors to work with us on projects that implement, support, and provide training in the SAP system. Key Skills : 10 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, and/or engineering. Expert knowledge of SAP PM and MM modules (version 5.0 preferred). Understanding of plant maintenance (equipment BOMs, PM job plans, task lists, maintenance planning scheduling concepts, etc). Consulting experience implementing/supporting SAP PM MM. Ability to provide customized user training in a classroom environment and also in small group/one-on-one situations. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client meetings. These projects require our Consultants to perform SAP consulting while working within the maintenance culture of a plant. These projects require extensive experience with business process design (maintenance, MRO supply chain, and manufacturing plant workflows) and a deep understanding of the functional capabilities of SAP PM and MM (Business Warehouse knowledge would be a plus). The Consultant must be able to compare multiple EAM solutions, provide the customer with a detailed analysis of the business advantages of SAP EAM and business costs of implementing and maintaining it. Qualified candidates must be willing to travel on a weekly basis. Opportunities for international travel are available. Bachelor's Degree in Science (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc) is preferred.
